June 21, received an email telling me how to download a system report and how to FTP it, which I did a few hours later. June 20, 2023, I contacted Acronis to say that clones were failing and received an auto-reply, we have allocated you a case number. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we value your patience and continued support. We will make every effort to contact you promptly with an update or solution.
